Driving Directions

By bus: Get off at Kampenhofs bus terminal. Go along Kampenhof street (a small alley with gravel road) towards Bohusläns museum. The museum is located about 50 meters from the terminal.

Plan your trip with Västtrafik or with SJ

By Train: Get off at Uddevalla Central Station. From the station building go straight 50 meters out to Strömstadsvägen where you turn left. Walk about 300 meters until you reach Bävebäcksgatan where you turn right. Continue about 300 meters on Bävebäcksgatan to Kampenhof Way. To the right you have the bus station and straight ahead you will see the Bohusläns museum. The walk to the museum from the train takes about 10 minutes.

By car: Heading east from the main road 44: Drive towards the center of Uddevalla. Turn right at the exit towards the south of Uddevalla (sign Bohusläns museum). Turn left just around Fjällvägen. Drive straight on Västerlånggatan and follow the signs to Bohusläns museum. Turn right at the roundabout and continue just around Bastionsgatan. Turn left onto Kampenhofsgatan.

From the E6: Take the exit to Highway 44, take exit right towards Kasen, turn right on Kurverödsleden. Take the first exit at the roundabout and continue 1 km on Bastionsgatan. Turn right on Kampenhofsgatan and drive about 70 meters.

Parking

Cycling: Bike racks are at the museum entrance facade.

Car: Approximately 50 meters from the museum there is a large paid parking at the Kampenhofs area. About the parking in Uddevalla.

Disabled parking: There is disabled parking at the museum entrance.
